We ship through USPS, generally within 3 days of purchase. We’ll update your tracking number via email as soon as it’s available. Flat fee of $8, goes up by $2 per item after that.

At this time, all Thick Chick sales and bundles are final sale. Unfortunately, we can not offer returns or exchanges.
If you are a local Chicago customer, you have a chance to make the final decisions on your bundle items! If. you don’t love each item, we’ll go back and try again :) Virtual customers get to make final approval via zoom before submitting final payment and shipping.
